Passengers must check in at the kiosk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ride.
No shows or late arrivals will not receive a refund.
Booking person must be present. No third-party bookings allowed.
Intoxicated or visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to ride.
Physical ID must match the credit card used for booking.
Pregnant passengers are not allowed.
The driver must be 21+ years old with a valid ID.
Each jet ski has a weight limit of 300 pounds.
Life jackets must be worn at all times during the ride and should fit properly.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify the tour in case of inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect passenger safety.
Phones are not allowed during the ride for safety reasons.
Please sign the waiver sent to your email before arriving for the ride.
Failure to comply with any of the above statements will result in no refunds.
